Your child's name

We never receive it. The name and the elf's name are kept in your browser until your PDF is made, then cleared. The PDF is made on your device.

Your payment

Stripe takes your payment and collects your name, email, billing address and card details. We can see your name, email, billing address and order in our Stripe account, but never your full card number. We use these to fulfil your order, answer questions, and keep the tax and accounting records the law requires. Our lawful bases are performing our contract with you and our legal obligations.

Who else is involved

Stripe processes payments, and Vercel hosts this site and keeps short-lived technical logs such as IP addresses. If you accept analytics, Google provides Google Analytics. Any of them may process data outside the UK, under their own legal safeguards.

Cookies

We only use analytics cookies if you click Accept. These are Google Analytics cookies whose names start with _ga, and they last up to 2 years. They tell us which pages people visit, where they came from, which ads lead to sales and the value of each sale, along with general details such as device and approximate location. Our lawful basis is your consent. Your child's name and your order link are never sent to Google. Personalised advertising features are switched off.

You can change your mind at any time.

Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout page for payment and fraud prevention.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for 6 years after the end of the tax year, for tax purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email . You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
