What you're buying

A personalised A4 PDF to download and print at home. Nothing is posted. The price is £9 in total. It's sold to customers in the UK.

Your right to cancel

You normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content, that right ends once the download starts, as long as you agreed to this before paying. We ask you to agree with a tick box at checkout.

If something is wrong

The kit must be as described and of satisfactory quality. If the file is faulty, email us and we'll fix or replace it, or refund you where the law requires it. This doesn't affect your legal rights.

Using the kit

You can print it as many times as you like for your own home. Please don't share or resell the file.

Keeping children safe

The kit suggests household items, some of them small. You know your child, so skip anything that isn't right for them, and keep small items, string and food away from babies and children under 4.

Not connected with any brand

This kit is an independent product. It isn't made, approved or sponsored by any maker of elf toys.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
